"Hey, Liz," he says with a gentle smile. He tries not to cringe at the surprise in her voice. "Is it a bad unexpected or a good unexpected?" he asks a little nervously. He doesn't want to suffocate her with his presence or anything, but he wants to be around her. Is that weird? Does that make him weird?
